Terms of competition

We regularly hold competitions on the following media:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• Newsletter
• Website

The competitions are never conditional to purchase.

Participation

To participate in a competition you must be 18 years of age and resident in Denmark.

You will be registered as participant in the competition when you:

• Agree to and complete the terms of participation stated in the post on Facebook or Instagram.
• Fill out our registration form for our newsletter on our website. As a subscriber you automatically recieve a newsletter with information about the competition. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via a link in the newsletter.

Schedule

The schedule of the competition differs as well as the content of the competition. We always make sure to inform you when the competition starts and when it ends. The winner is always found by draw that take place immediately after the competition has ended.

The prize

The prize of the competition cannot be exchanged into cash or other goods.

The winner

All winners are drawn and will be directly notified by us. If you have partipated through either Facebook or Instagram, we will send you a private message via one of these platforms. If you have participated as a subscriber to our newsletter, you will be contacted via your email adress. 

To recieve the prize the winner must reply with his/her full name, adress and telephone number. The winner has a total of 10 days to respond or the prize will be lost. If the winner meets the deadline, we will send the prize to the provided address within 14 days. By sending your personal information you accept that we pass it on to an external freight company. This is to ensure that the prize is being delivered to you safely.

Only the name of the winner will be published on Facebook, Instagram and/or our website. By entering our competition you accept this term, which is always stated in the description at all our competition. We protect your personal information in accordance with GDPR legislation. Read more about how we protect your privacy here.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to exclude messages or emails we suspect are subject to fraud. The employees, dealers and agents of Sonderborg Kokkenet are not permitted to participate in competitions run by Sonderborg Kokken.
